The "TF2" fries the shells upside-down to allow the spine to be less crispy than the sides of the shell to avoid breakage.
The "TF8" has an angles clip to hang on the fryer allowing for hands-free drainage of the oil from the shells after frying.

Stock # TOOL-TF2 Made in Vietnam Fries 2 shells at a time. fits most fryers. Can use two of these at a time in typical deep fryers.
